Mathnasium at La Costa has been very helpful and flexible during this time. We signed up in March a couple of weeks before the shut down and they worked with us to transition our daughter to Mathnasium@Home very quickly. She has been attending the @Home sessions about 3x per week and has improved her math skills. We just started back on the in person sessions this week and so far so good!
La Costa Mathnasium has been great! Distant learning wasn't going to work for our child/family so they allowed us to place our account on hold during Covid until kiddos were allowed to physically go back to the learning center. They've been taking all the necessary precautions and my child feels safe going in. We love this mathnasium location and all their teachers/employees.
My child likes the one on one help she gets, and she says she likes that they do not rush her. She likes going to Mathnasium, and feels proud of the work she does. I appreciate the barriers put in so that they could safely return to the center, as she did not do as well on zoom distance classes. At the La Costa, CA center Jeremy has always been very polite and helpful. He has made himself available to meet my child’s needs. We appreciate his responsiveness and flexibility during these changing times.
Wonderful place and my son loves going but I wish you had earlier hours in the summer. It’s difficult with only afternoon hours.
My son has been going to mathnasium for the past 6 years. He is doing great in math! The program works great for both my boys and we love the instructors. Jeremy does a wonderful job running the La Costa location. My boys really enjoy going!! Best money we ever spent on our kids

My son is a math lover and we are so happy that we finally found a solution that meets his curiosity and tracks and reports his progress in a way that he loves and we love. He doesn't need the added bonus of filling out cards and winning prizes but it's also fun and adds a motivation factor. I personally love being able to make an appointment or show up impromptu, always to receive a warm welcome from the staff.
We've been with Mathnasium in La Costa for the past 6 weeks. The director and staff have all been excellent and our daughter is learning a lot and doing so happily. This is 1000s of times better than the programs at her school. Thank you very much!

My daughter is doing amazing in class with Math! Everytime they work on Math she understands it. The last few years of school she hasn't understood the math. The only thing that would be nice is if it was a little less expensive or if they offered a discount to pay for your contracted months all at once.
All of the instructors are engaging and can easily explain a concept that my child understands and can assimilate. Positive reinforcement is abundant!

Our daughter now enjoys math and pushes herself to do her best work - her confidence has increased in and outside of the classroom. She is eager to show us her math test score from school and is proud of herself for getting such good grades. So glad we took this leap of faith - thank you, Mathnasium!
Going to Mathnasium has helped my daughter's confidence in math in general. Just doing extra math work one or two times more per week has really helped her improve her math test scores too. Before Mathnasium she was consistently getting Cs on math quizzes and tests and since starting Mathnasium the lowest quiz or test score she's gotten is an A-. She also really likes all of the tutors there and doesn't complain about going.
My daughter has been enjoying her classes and seems much more confident and motivated about math!
