I like that I can accomplish a full body workout in a session and that I can trust that is was programmed alongside all the other workouts to be balanced progress.
We ALL need to be doing something to improve our health and wellness. The alternative is working against us. I have tried a variety of programs, some good and some not so good. BUT, I have never participated in a program that is of the quality and excellence as MADabolic. It is 5-STARS and 10/10! The facility outstanding. The equipment covers it all. The coach-led workouts, ALL of them, constructive and motivating! The workouts....well, do it ALL - 1 hour in and out. Functional fitness, keeping my body growing and getting stronger. It has been a joy seeing all ages, gender and body types in this MADcommunity! Supportive and energizing. Suffice to say, I am MADaddicted : )

3 Big Reasons I loved my first Madabolic workout yesterday:
1. Marley is great. She's a very genuine and authentic leader but will also push you to improve. You can tell she's there to help others which seems so rare these days at other gyms.
2. The workout was well thought out. I felt like I could keep my form and push myself at the same time. I got done with the workout feeling it in all the right places.
3. Was super easy to sign up and take my first class and everyone there was super friendly.

I love the concept
I love everything from the vibe of the studio, the trainers, and the programming. I get easily bored doing group classes but I love that it’s always something new.
Every time I go to a class, I feel like I am getting a great workout with proper form and guidance from the trainer. I like that I get feedback at the moment to correct the form if needed. And I like that I can always go heavier or lighter on weights just have to let the coach know so they can bring the proper weights over to you. I can already see how much stronger I have gotten since I first joined on 11/12/2022. Can't wait to see how much my body will change in the new year.

I like the structured workouts where you don’t have to think on what to do; just concentrate on how to do the various exercises correctly. And, each day is different.
Great full body HIIT workout that changes every session. Focus on your effort and form for 50 minutes and you are done; exhausted but done.
