The carpets do get cleaned and the staff is very courteous and respectful. If they are going to be late we are notified which is appreciated.
Professional from start to finish, Great cleaning job by a company I trust
The tech was very friendly. The only thing I was confused on was the quote received on the phone versus the quote given to my husband by the tech. For the entire house (3bdr, Hallway, Family Room,Living Room) I was quoted at $125. They only cleaned 3 of the 6 areas and I was still charged $121.00.
Its done in a timely professional manner. My carpets are always very clean. I'm also pleased. with the service you provided when I had a fire in my home. whatever you use to eliminate the odor of smoke. worked
I was able to use alot of furniture still that I thought I would never be able to use again. Service master has always. been there for us. I will be forever grateful.

Dependable, on time, fairly priced. Company has always offered to correct oversights or other problems quickly and without hesitation. I have been a customer for 8+ years. Because I have confidence in their services, I have also used their carpet cleaning and window cleaning. I miss the personal telephone contact on the day prior to each monthly housekeeping appointment, but consider that a minor issue.
I was very pleased with the outcome and it was cost-effective.
