Friendly and professional treatment from my first inquiring phone call to the minute the service persons came into then left my home. Willingness of the service persons to take the time to answer my questions and to explain what they were using to clean the carpet. Fast but thorough. Then, a follow up call from the company to make sure I was satisfied with the service. It was a totally pleasant experience.

The technician was on time, worked in a professional fashion, was curteous, helpful with my questions and did a very thorough job on my carpets & furniture. The fact that I could have it done on a Saturday was most helpful so I didn't have to take time off work. I really appreciated having Victor as my service technician and I have already recommended him to my coworkers.
Victor is always organized and efficient. Only one other time have I had a different person (his name was Robert and I also was very plsd with him) ServiceMaster by Benevento was rrecommended to me by a co-worker approx 8-10 yrs ago (Victor was also recommended by this person). Anyway, I had a pet stain that previous company's had tried numerous times to treat and it seemed to be getting bigger instead of going away-- I have not seen that stain since the FIRST time Victor came. I was sold on Servicemaster and Victor. Thank you!!!!

Your customer service is excellent. When initially looking for a carpet cleaning service, I found three different services to call. I called your service first and I had no need to call the remaining two. The young lady (Marissa) was so helpful and knowledgeable that I booked immediately. Our carpets look amazing and the young man was quite professional. We were allowed to keep the blowers until the next day with no extra charge. We appreciated this small but very important 'extra'. We plan to have our carpets cleaned every two years and will certainly call ServiceMaster again.
