Helen must’ve learned to time travel and is keeping it a secret. Let me explain -
I was informed that our closing may be delayed a bit due to the one before ours showing up an hour late. I prepared the buyers that we may have a bit of time to wait. Right when we were sitting down to get started on the sellers side, in walked Helen. I have no idea how she was able to make it on time, but she did. Capital Title never ceases to amaze me on their professionalism.
The staff at Capital Title always makes sure each detail is covered making the closings go very smoothly.

My client had to arrive late for the closing, because on that day, something came up and he could not leave work early. The closer was understanding of the client's work related issue, and patiently waited until he arrived. Although the client arrive late, Karen displayed tremendous professionalism as she conducted the closing. She was fantastic!
