You are very accommodating. At my last closing the lender did not get the papers to you until a hour after the closing was supposed to start. The first closer came on time but she couldn’t stay for the whole closing so Capital was able to send another closer to finish. Thank you!
Communication and a GOOD closer. I believe Mary closed on the property. She is kind, doesn't speak loud as if the clients are deaf and it was a smooth closing. Granted the buyers closed out of state but still....the closer is a reflection of ME. I am very critical of this but I was pleased. Thank you.
