Time after time after time just one good experience after another even though I must say that while the closing was flawless, I much prefer to sit across and observe one of the gorgeous female Corporate employees rather than the bearded "fill-in". This was a challenging transaction.
Charlie Miller stayed on top of the Trust review process.
He coordinated closely with another very competent title company on the mortgage side.
The lender was in Chicago with a processer in Texas. Their lack of communication and in competence was "off the charts"
After a last minute delay/closing cancelation by the lender, Charlie flawlessly re-set a new split closing locally for the Seller AND in CA for the Buyer.
The closing agent, Katie, was also a key component making a VERY senior Seller quite comfortable closing on the home so has owned for 67 years.
