Excellent class and facilities!

Great instructors, wonderful atmosphere. But please, please turn back up the heat and humidity especially for the HPF classes!!

Beth at Clarendon is a great instructor. Really great focus, smooth and knowledgeable. She’s top notch. Great instructors are rare and make all the difference. The studio is new/clean and well maintained. It’s a heated class and I like it real hot which it usually is.

My first time and was met by friendly faces and good info as to how to proceed. The class, by Carolyn?, was a great workout, though I’ll be better prepared with a towel for sweat next time😁. I expected to sweat, but not like that😁. Carolyn went around the attendees throughout the class ensuring all heard her and could see how we were doing.
I brought my friend who lives in the area (I am a visitor). She too, was very happy with the class and so I bought her a gift card so she can come back frequently. I was sweaty, but my body felt great!

I always enjoy taking part in Erica’s classes whenever time permits me. She knows her stuff. One of the best teachers in the Yoga community! As always, thank you Erica!!

Erica was an amazing teacher - would absolutely recommend her. She was patient and incorporated mindfulness into the class which I loved.

I have moved to a different studio after moving from Arlington to DC but I will still come to Emma-Kate Swann's classes on Saturdays because she is the best.

Great studio, clean, positive teachers( Emma Kate). and great workout with results.

My experience with CorePower Yoga was truly transformative. The instructors were knowledgeable and supportive, creating a welcoming environment for practitioners of all levels. The classes were challenging yet accessible, helping me improve my strength and flexibility while promoting mindfulness. I also appreciated the variety of class options, allowing me to explore different yoga styles.

Looking ahead, I would welcome more Restore Yoga classes to help balance the intensity of the practice. Additionally, offering more sessions for weight classes without heat would be a great addition. Lastly, while the instructors were generally attentive, I would appreciate more personalized guidance in correcting poses to enhance my practice further. Overall, CorePower Yoga has been a fantastic journey towards physical and mental wellness, and these suggestions would make the experience even more fulfilling.

Beth is the best instructor in the DMV area! And Clarendon has great studios for HPF classes.

I also like the C1.5 heated on Monday evenings but I'm usually not able to make it. Would be great if other times were also available.

Loved the classes but a little hard to hear the instructor during yoga sculpt.

I love CorePower!! Especially this studio :) The staff is so friendly and amazing! It truly has been one of my favorite workouts and workout environments ever! I have brought so many friends and gotten them hooked as well :)
