I had a great first class! The instructor was welcoming and I will be coming back. However, as someone with low blood pressure, heated classes do tend to concern me. I would love to learn more about your non-heated class options.

I love the class. As instructors use louder music particularly for the higher energy classes, it may make sense to have them hooked up to an audio system. I have noticed that some of the instructors struggle with getting their voice loud enough which can result in a forced voice that is difficult to hear.

The instructors are always giving 100% - really showing up with the energy and authenticy needed to inspire a room full of people to work hard and give their best back. I love the selection of classes (Sculpt, C2, and HPF are all fantastic) and how many options there are each day, so it works with my busy schedule. The studio also always feel clean and cheerful.
