Lorenzo is an astounding instructor.

One key recommendation - about once a month the studio should have a social function. Note that Core Power is a community - but people just come to class and then leave. If there was some wine and cheese or other similar event - it would build more community and even more people would come.

Instructors and schedule

Lindsey is amazing! Her music is awesome and I always get a great sculpt workout where I'm sore the next day. Also appreciate how big the studios are so there is room to spread out.

Clarendon Core Power staff are always so kind on top of being great instructors. It's really starting to feel like a home for me. Also, both studio rooms are great. It's nice that there's always free parking available as well.

I have been studying and practicing yoga for over 20 years, and Kaia Last name removed was one of the best instructors I have ever had the pleasure to practice with. Her energy, enthusiasm, authenticity, compassion and drive were exemplary.
from the moment I walked in the studio to the moment I left, she was a kind, gracious and efficient host. You are so lucky to have her on your team!

CorePower's brand of yoga is very spirited and a great workout! But don't come looking for Zen!

It’s a REAL workout in a friendly and calming environment.

The instructors, classes and heat are amazing. The studios themselves are very clean; However, the bathroom and locker room and common spaces could be much cleaner. Really disappointed by the state of the bathroom and locker rooms.

Sculpt is my favorite workout. It’s a fun, energetic, and hard class but the results are amazing! Love my Clarendon & Ballston community!

Good instructor, good heat, and good studio

Great clean studios, currently mask to mat with protocols in place for your safety!

I love several things:

- The yoga instructors I've had so far are so positive and lively, and I love that they kick my butt and aren't too easy
- I also love the music selection of the instructors I've had
- The size of the downstairs studio is perfect and not too cramped
- The heated rooms add to the overall great workout (I've gone to another nearby CorePower studio, and disliked that they barely turn on the heat)
- The ambiance of the studio is perfect - slightly dimmed, and not too bright
- The classes I've gone to have always ended right on time, which is helpful since I try to go most often during my lunch break

Overall, I feel like I get an awesome workout, and leave each class feeling great!

My first class back in the studio since covid. Felt so safe esp since I am fully vaccinated. Studio was super clean. Loved the no mask policy when you are on your mat and the spaced out areas inside. Well done!

The people are nice, the experience is consistent, everything is clean and comfortable, and most importantly, the studios are right in your neighborhood.
