Loved the Clarendon studio. The teacher Madeline F was amazing. The weights were well organized on the rack and the studio was in general very clean.

I really enjoy the great atmosphere and excellent instructors at the clarendon core power, my only complaint is that there is only one C1 class (and its only at a very inconvenient on a weekend) and I am a beginner that has difficulty with other classes.

Cole is a wonderful instructor! Very personable and creates a wonderful flow environment!

I LOVE the C2 teachers. They are all awesome, especially the 6am teachers - Adam, Ann, Cole and Amanda. My only feedback for the location would be to give more C2 options. I have several injuries that prevent me from doing Sculpt. I also have children who are busy with sports and activities in the evenings so this leaves me with only 6am or 12pm to practice yoga. If either class is cancelled or something doesn't work out I don't have the chance to practice that day. I would love to see a 9am or 10am C2 at least 1-2 times during the week if not every day.

First time coming back in years. I went once in Sept in Falls Church for Hot Fusion and couple times in Mar 2020 right before COVID hit but was excited to get back into a class after so long. Was an avid Bikram Hot Yoga attendee prior to breast cancer in 2018 and am glad to be back trying.

Fantastic instructor!— Kind, welcoming! And, the practice was the perfect level of challenging/yet still "enjoyable".

The manager Melissa at the Clarendon location is very helpful, kind, and professional. I also like the teachers the best at this location, their music selections, and the overall structure of the classes.

Well, great to have all these young and vibrant ladies who are so engaged with students and I hope to be part of it soon.

Catherine's and Melissa's classes are awesome! The studios are super warm, which i like.

Most of the instructors are really great. Plus the heated rooms make the workouts that much better.

The instructors are great and encourage you to get out of your comfort zone, but not in an offensive or invasive way. I just took Yoga Sculpt for the first time and I am hooked! I've traditional vinyasa yoga for several years. YS is an awesome combination of yoga and strength training. Melissa Hu is the best!
