It was efficient, courteous and well done. Although driver had trouble with truck he came on the same day as scheduled and performed the work later in the day for which we were grateful!
People are scheduled and they show up. They call you about arrival time. Ryan, who I have had coming forever (also his brother before him), does a good job. He had an older gentleman with him this time and they were a good team. I think Ryan was training him. This older individual worked hard and will be a good employee for you. I think as a team they did 7 jobs that day.
I liked the enthusiasm in which the person who came to clean. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. He was and outstanding worker and pleasant to be around. He had time to recommend other services, but was not pushy. I was very impressed with his attitude and work ethic, and happy with the outcome of the cleaning.

My husband had an accident and the carpet had spots and stains, Jerry came out immediately and assessed what needed to be done and had one of his crew out the next morning. They cleaned my couch, a bedroom carpet, and two area rugs. They all look brand new
Service was very good. Floor cleaned up nicely. Only one issue. A phone plug in the floor must have gotten wet and shorted out my phones. Most all phones in the house are dead. We were without phones for a couple of days. Cox sent a repairman out who worked a couple of hours then said that we would have to call an electrician to have this repaired. We have not done that yet and and are using the outlet that works.
Efficient and did a great job. This was the first time we've ever had our carpet professionally cleaned and I will definately use ServiceMaster in the future.
