Adam did a wonderful job cleaning our carpet and two loveseats and sofa. We walked through the house and he told us what he would be doing and how long it would take, and answered all of my questions. The carpet looks great once again and the upholstery cleaning made a big difference in the brightness of the fabric. Adam was very thorough and pleasant, and he made sure we were happy with his service before he left. He represents Service Master very well!

My wife was incredibly satisfied. We plan to get the carpets cleaned and maintained regularly every 6 to 9 months. Thank you for the great service. All stains were gone and the carpet looked new again. We are taking shoes of now, though.
