Brian Hines explained that SM does all kinds of cleaning - not just emergencies. Paul Johnson was fantastic. He cleaned spots that the previous cleaners said would never come out. Your employees are informative, courteous, clean and well spoken. These two gentlemen are truly a credit to your company.

The technician was prompt and courteous
I already have. Your tech Paul Johnson was so thorough. He explained what I could expect in terms of success (the rug had not been cleaned in over 7 years) and then he made the rug look practically new. Spots I just knew would never come out are gone. I was not planning to buy the extra scotchguard but because it looked so good decided it was worth the extra money to keep it that way. I have already told our real estate agent to use Servicemaster for any rug issues and to ask especially for Paul.
