Prompt and courteous. Unfortunately every spot I think I ever had in my carpet wicked up and made a mess. I don't believe that this is the fault of ServiceMaster however. That was the first steam ever used on my carpet and I don't think it was compatible with the chemicals that were used on the carpet previously. I will still recommend ServiceMaster to others.

Thanks for the update! The carpets should normally take roughly 8-10 hours to dry but we do allow up to 24 hours. In the future if it seems to take any longer please let us know and we'll be happy to come back out and see what we can do to help speed up the dying process. The work was done in one day. The crew was pleasant.
I liked the way our family room carpet came out - clean and ready for company! There was a clean fresh scent afterwards unlike some companies that reuse the same water from other customers! The kitchen tile floor also looked a whole lot brighter after the grout was cleaned and dried! Very satisfied with the results and your service people were polite and professional! Thank you for a wonderful job!
