The instructors and staff.

The thread mill and interval weight training. I am only 2 days in and I am sore. I am looking forward to learning more and getting stronger faster and seeing results hopefully in 2 weeks. Sunday 10:30am class was perfection. The trainer is an EXPERT and I felt the complete body work out.

The environment was very welcoming and the instructor was great. I got an amazing workout in!

I took the 1045am class on Tuesday, Jan 15th. It was fantastic. I don't remember the guys name but he was great. I like it when we are switching up from running to weights every 7-8 minutes or so. When it goes longer...I get tired on the treadmill...and feel I'm not pushing myself enough. So this class was perfect for me! Loved it!

Best instructors ever & the entire staff is always there with a warm welcome. Nice touch to offer a mini breakfast on Saturdays , too!

The workout is efficient (one and done!) and you get a lot done in a short amount of time! The staff and instructors are extremely welcoming, professional,and motivating.

If I had one complaint it would be the recent change to body area specific days. I’m good with the arm specific days because I feel that I still get a good leg workout from the run. However, I find myself having to then spend extra time to do arms on my own if I take a legs day class (which sometimes fits my schedule best), which then takes away from the efficiency of the workout.

Just want to be able to stretch out before class. Patio does not work when it is cold or rainy. Other than that, LOVE Burn!

Spacious

i like the encouraging environment and that you only compete with yourself. Classes with monitors looking at heart rate monitors make me anxious and feel judged. I will continue to support burn 60 because of the positive environment.
