The space is nice, well maintained, and not crowded. I appreciate the ability to adjust the workout to focus a little less on treadmill work because I have knee problems (surgeries on both). The workouts are strenuous but don’t have to be painful to be effective.

The staff is great, they’re super nice and very helpful. The trainers are the best! They are super motivating and push you to do your best. The classes are super fun and you definitely work up a sweat.
