They seem more friendly and in "tune" with what I would need. There has been change in ownership/employees and things are much better. For example, I weigh 114lbs and before this change, the employees tried to sell me weigh loss products-not very smart and was a turn off for me shopping there. Now, they ask questions that make sense--much better!
