I was very impressed by him, this was my 2nd time in his store, the first was a very brief encounter where he heard some if my health and fitness journey. This gentleman remembered me after almost 2 months if not being in his store, he not only remembered me but my story without me retelling it! Very impressed!

Lance listened to me on the phone actually... I'm in the process of regaining the ability to walk after 3 yrs in a wheelchair due to a neurological disease. I had worked extremely hard with my trainer just before my visit. I sent my mother in to specifically find Lance. My personal trainer knew and trusted him. He volunteered to mix up as many flavours of lean whey protein and bring them to me. Which I graciously declined. But he had seen and commented on a video my trainer had posted of me walking without holding onto anything. Before he got off the phone he said "You have no idea how many people you inspire and the drive you have is amazing!".
