Wow, I was amazed at the result. I took in my foot board after our dogs scratched up the top area and Furniture Medic restored it back to its original condition. They matched the wood color perfectly and the customer service and communication was flawless. Thanks to the team at Furniture Medic for saving my Pottery Barn bed.

The work was great. The price was a problem. It took the guy about 30 minutes to attach a mirror to a dresser. And, it cost me $400. I thought that was too much, but I paid it anyway.
The finished product is always the finest. Every time the results are what I hope they will be, and often, they are better than I had hoped. The staff is very good to work with. I have had several very small jobs that required some thought or explanation. It has always been a pleasure to discuss the job, consider options on how to proceed, and decide on the best choice. Now, when I have furniture I need repaired, stained, fixed or improved in some manner, I know I have someone I can rely upon to do the work without my being concerned about the results or the costs.

Lauren was prompt and knowledgable about refinishing. She did an excellent job and I would highly recommend your services. The only downside for me was the cost of the trip travel. It will make me think twice about calling, simply because it costs a lot. When Furniture Medic was in Foster City that was not an issue. Thank you again for repairing our heirloom chest! I forgot their names, but the two reresentatives of your company were excellent. The woman who was in charge of the project was a good example of what you want in an employee. The young man who did the work was also the same. He was friendly and helpful and did a few more small minor jobs for us in the same general area that he was working. He didn't have to, but he did. This made my wife. very happy. Kudos to both of them.
Carlos did a great job; basically hired him for 3 hours of work for a desk that was malilgned w/ knicks and scratches that had accumulated over the years. he finished early w/ the main project, and so he did some misc repairs for the remainder of the time on other furniture and cabinets in our home. The job he did was great. I was thinking of buying a new desk--but now I don't have to

The furniture was damaged by water from an upstairs leak - I never thought the furniture would be the same again and although it is almost 100 years old, it was restored and looks like new! I couldn't be happier with how well it was refurbished and the company kept me informed of the progress and delivered it when our home was ready for its return.
