Patricia pays close attention to detail which often gets overlooked by some providers I have been associated with in the past. She is willing to ask if she has a concern or question about anything. She always seems to take the extra step in providing quality service. If I ask for a small extra touch on something, she willingly and promtly addresses my request. I am very pleased with her service.

If there is ever any issue that needs addressed, it is taken care of promptly.
You usually are quick to respond to requests or things that have not been completed. Staff are friendly and willing to accommodate our needs
We have had the same employee for a while doing our building and it allows my staff to get to know that person and trust them and feel free to make suggestions or comments.

We love our day porter too - she is terrific.

The ServiceMaster employee that is assigned to our building does an excellent job of keeping us informed. She has advised us on everything from pest control to cleaning equipment.
