With the Pandemic in 2020 they have been responsive each time I have called or needed their service for one of our locations. I can depend on them to be there anytime night or day. I have also needed their service at my locations outside of the Lincoln area as well and they have fit our locations in. I cannot say how thankful I have been for the service they have provided through out the Covid 19 services.

Friendly service, and easy to work with
Through the Covid outbreak they have been helpful in getting our offices cleaned and have never been not there to clean one of our branches for us.
Service Master has been very easy to work with. If you don't like how things are being done they will listen and get on top of the issue and make things right. If they don't know what is going on they can't fix the problem.

Service master cares about the image of your business. I have been a service master client for 10 years and I can see they care about how things look. They provide a top notch staff that knows how to operate at full speed without forgetting the little things. Their staff are trained to put the customer first and they always do a wonderful job. I appreciate their dedication and hardworking attitudes. They help keep my facility sanitary and clean everyday making every employee feel proud to call the bldg. where they work home. They truly get the day started off and are one of the last to leave at night. I can always count on them for any janitorial job no matter how big or small. Service master first and foremost is professional in every way. From the time a request is made throughout the completion process. They were there to handle any task with the right solution. There is know job to big or small. I feel more comfortable when they are on the job. They have a great hierarchy and leaders who are very eager to please and all employees are trained in a professionalism not always guaranteed in today's job force. I like the interaction with the crew to try and create really good communication between ServiceMaster and my company
They have been easy to work with. If you have a problem with something, all you have to do is visit with the staff when they come in and the problem is usually always taken care of there.
Everyone has been very understanding and always are trying to make things better.
Very responsive when I have any cleaning issues. I use the communication log to let the cleaner know when there are issues.
They keep me updated on any issues.

The occasional "special request" (such as base board in office splashed with coffee), is always met with professionalism and is taken care of in a timely manner. The on-site maintenance staff and those in the corporate office are all most helpful and willing to take care of any concerns as they arise.

We loved Jessie that worked for us. She was very easy to communicate with and did a great job cleaning our big, old building. She was able to work around our building use schedule and always had the rooms cleaned before groups needed to use them.

The cleaning service does a nice job and I like the regular carpet cleaning. Service Master staff do a good job of keeping us informed of issues they see while cleaning. Service Master has been responsive to any concerns that we have.
Things are routinely cleaned according to the schedule but special requests are also accommodated in an effort to maintain great customer service which is much appreciated.
