Today was great, no wait and quick service. The introductory towel and hair shampoo were nice, but I don't know that I need those. There's another place nearby where the stylist places a hot towel on my neck, does a little massage, and then finishes. That has the advantage of being soothing but also working all the residual hair off my neck which I really like.
