Abby was excellent. I have visited SportClips about 5 times and twice the cut was too short. The other cuts were OK, but Abby today was perfect. She listened and stated that she would cut some, then cut more off if needed -- perfect. My previous cut was WAY too short -- I told the young man "no more then 1/4 inch" and he cut more than 1/2". When I [respectfully] expressed my displeasure, the young man apologized, but offered nothing by way of restitution (e.g., discount). I almost did not return, but I'm glad I did b/c of Abby's service today.
Friendly staff, and of course I enjoy being able to watch ESPN (or the like) while taking a break from my workday.

I LOVE that you don't need an appointment. I was struggling to figure out how to get a haircut before the weekend and had a few hours during lunch today, but couldn't get an appointment at my normal place. I went to sports clips and got my haircut without any wait. It was awesome. I also appreciated the friendly service from Abby and the fact that you keep notes on my haircut for next time. Most importantly, I got a great haircut. Thanks.
