I like that the girls come in, do their work, and then leave! They work efficiently and fast, which is great for my schedule.
As for products, I would give that a 4 or 5. They are ok, but there are better cleaners out there. I do not like the fact that furniture polish is not used. My tables are wiped off, but there still are finger marks and smudges left on them. The floor cleaner that they use is worthless. In my opinion it works like plain water. I like the feeling of walking into my house after it is cleaned and smelling it clean. Unfortunately, this really isn't happening. As an example, I had blue eyeliner marks on my bathroom floor where the eyeliner had fallen. I asked the girls if they got it up and they said it would not come up. I went and got some 409 and got on my hands and knees and guess what - it came up. There are also several marks on my kitchen floor that they haven't gotten up. It is not because they do not mop, it is because the product that they are using is not doing the job.
Also, it bugs me that when I come home there are chairs not properly put back in place. The team leader should do a walkthrough the house to make sure everything is the way it should be before they leave.
