Friendly phone contact and quick response if a problem arises - but more importantly resolution to the problem. Cleaning is excellant and your ladies always leave something to let you know what they have done. It is professional and so easy to work with Merry Maids. I get up at 3:30 a.m. every morning to go to work and when I get home after Merry Maids have cleaned it is wonderful! My house looks great and one less worry for me!!! Thank you!!!!
