The food is excellent and always a little different. It can be hard to get reservations and we often decide at the last minute to eat out. La Tavola is our first choice. It would be nice if a little preference was given to regulars so we don't always have to plan ahead. Also I made reservations for last night as soon as I got the tomatofest email. I did not think to ask to be inside. Perhaps you should ask that when taking reservations. We had invited guests and it was very hot, and a little embarassing, to be placed outside after we told them how great the place was and how we eat there often.
