The Zerorez method for cleaning carpets is the best I've ever used in my 46 years of housekeeping! 16yr+ old carpet looks like new. A few spots showed up 3 weeks later, but they returned for a redo. The spots are GONE! As for service, the Tech Aaron and Rich at the office were wonderful to work with.... Never guessed the carpets would look so good, with so little disruption of our routine.
