Peggy and her former partner were the absolute best. Peggy goes that extra mile each time she comes. She dusted my copper pots which I really wanted to get done. She works miracles with our kitchen tile floor. She cleans behind doors, places the other cleaners didn't do. When Peggy cleans my house, I relax and don't worry that she'll forget or miss anything. It's just the opposite with others who have come to clean from MM. Peggy is so personable and conscientous, I look forward to her coming. Do all you can to keep her at MMs. Is there a promotional system that she could move up through and increase her compensation? If there is, she should be rewarded. If there isn't such a promotional system for your cleaners, you should have one--grades or steps cleaners can aspire to. Each step can be a permanent increase in pay. It's the only way you will be able to attract and keep the kind of people you want to work at Merry Maids.
