We moved into our building in 2003 and our floors and carpet are both in great condition, due to the regular maintenance schedule with Service Masters. They come in after hours and leave everything tidy when they are finished.

Occasionally we would like them to inspect and clean the surfaces of objects like door bottoms, baseboard, toilet base, and exam table base that get splattered during regular cleaning.
