Since my husband and myself have become unable to clean our house ourselves, because of injury and surgery, this service is a lifesaver and a necessity. Since, I am home when the cleaning ladies come, I can say they are always polite and considerate and ask at the end of each cleaning if everything is ok... Sometimes, there are a few things that need extra care, but the majority of times, everything is done the way we like it. Some of the products are good, but when I used to be able to scrub my sunroom floor, I would use soft scrub which has bleach, and which your company does not use. The floor is "white" tile and this is really the only way to really get it clean. So, I have discussed this with you in the beginning and that would be one of the things, I would change. Also, I used to use Soft Scrub on the bathroom shower tiles, because, this would be the only way to get the water spots off the tile. They have been using "lemon oil" which seems to be working well on this. Otherwise, everything else is ok.
