Primary reason was same persons who load our belongings also drive them to new location and unload belongings. Secondly the personnel responsible for all phases were great and easy to work with. We had two trucks and four men, Trae, Bo, Tim and Michael. They were excellent, carefully loading and unloading. We had two storage units and split what went where and they handled this without any difficulty. As an example an elderly lady who was loading a trailer near us walked over to ask me if I could help with a carpet, Bo saw her and asked me if she needed help I said yes with a small carpet he asked Michael to help and they quickly took care of it. My wife and I were impressed and the lady was very grateful. Working with Trae was easy and we talked often easily coordinating our meeting and navigating the storage unit.
The entire coordination and move was handled expertly and my wife and I are very pleased.
