The Domane I purchased with the assistance of the staff has been exactly what I needed and wanted. They were very friendly and made the buying process beyond easy. They listened to my questions and my intentions to put me on the right bike for my needs. I felt welcomed and did not feel judged. I've been in some trek dealers who've been cliche "bike snobs." That was not the case here. They also helped me exchange a helmet for my little girl that was too small and quickly got my new bike ready to roll out the door.
