I havbeen with you for many years. I wanted to let you know that your services lately have been not as effective as you normally would have been. This week the person I had literally wasted more time walking around from one end of the bed to the next moving the covers and not massaging the time that I should have received. She spent more time on doing everything else including looking at her phone then giving me the massage. I was really disappointed and for her to ask about the pressure and telling her that I wanted a good deep pressure she barely did that. She l
I was really disappointed in your services lately. The therapists are not fully attentive and spending the time massaging as they should. The lady I have this week wasted more time walking around from one end of the back to the next fixing the bed sheets and not spending the time on the massage.
I counted less than 20 seconds where she would massage my leg for example and then cover me up and then go to my top of my hand and then turn around and go to the other side of the leg and just wasting her time walking around. Also At one point I was wondering what she was doing Because she was not massaging me When I turned around to look she was actually on her phone Looking at her phone. For us to have our massage I should expect that. I will make sure I will never have her again. Also I will clarify that what the hour massage consists of because you should just get about an hour of a massage regardless who your appointment is with. I did complain to the front desk immediately after the massage and the receptionist said was oh, I take it it didnt go well today. Lately the kindness and welcoming has not been to your standards
