I like it that even when a request is difficult, your staff keeps working and brainstorming to find a solution. In this case, my wife wanted to mount a Flare taillight on a non-trek e-bike. The standard mounting kit wouldn't work with her bike rack, and the person who helped us (I didn't get his name) tried multiple ways to make the bike rack mount work. When these didn't work, he ended up mounting the light to a fender. The whole process took at least 30 minutes, but he kept on trying until finding a successful method and did not charge us for the labor.

Previously, I had an issue with an unusual bike rack causing my tire to rub on the fender of a non-Trek bike. Your staff came up with a very creative and good solution to that problem as well.

I always have my bike serviced at Trek and have done so for years. The turnaround is fast and the work is always top notch.
