AMAZING service! Scott spent hours with me on 2 different visits. I went to the Golden shop to research e-bikes. This store was my first stop and I went in knowing very little about e-bikes. Scott educated me and spent time discussing them. He was no pressure and encouraged me to do my own research. The Trek website was very helpful. I also visited several other bike shops, looked at different brands, and test road bikes. A week later, I knew I wanted to buy from this store and Scott but didn’t know which bike I wanted. So, I went back to this store to see Scott and test road half a dozen bikes, asked lots of questions, and after several hours made a decision and bought two bikes! HIGHLY recommend this shop.
