Back in April I had booked a massage with Annika. I had not seen her yet but have been to Tall Grass a few times before. I booked with Annika after multiple glowing reviews and recommendations for her so I had specifically booked with her. When I arrived for my massage I was told that it would be with Emma instead. I was a bit confused and looked back at my original booking email confirmation which had Annika listed however on the reminder email from the week prior it now had Emma listed as the therapist. At check out the front desk told me that Annika was in fact working that day and she wasn't sure why this had been switched. Emma was great and I enjoyed my massage however there wasn't really any notification (other than the change on the confirmation email) that my therapist had been changed from who I had originally booked with.
