Your team hit a home run (It’s baseball season). I brought my e-bike in for service (failed to power up though main battery was fully charged). I was told because of volume to expect at least 2 weeks. Within 24 hours I received a text that the likely problem was identified and with my approval the needed part would be ordered. Cost of part was provided.

Bike was repaired and ready for pickup within the two week projected repair time.

I am very pleased with the friendly and competent service. Thank you.
