I’m a very active senior who uses equipment and attends classes. I am a regular at Floyd Club. I thoroughly enjoy Silver Strength taught by Carrie. She designs her class to fit all levels of senior fitness. She routinely mixes up activities and music that maintains high interest. Carrie expertly demonstrates all levels of her routine to accommodate those who prefer a high level of fitness to those that aren’t capable of a more vigorous activity, Her classes are well attended which speaks volumes about her expertise. She is a dedicated and professional in all she does to keep seniors healthy. A definite asset to the club!
