It's the only bike shop in Phoenix that I'll go to. The selection of products is great, and the prices are competitive at least. But, it's the staff that makes Landis different - and the best shop in the city. Over the last several years, I've brought them my bike issues, big and small. They have always worked with me to find the best and most affordable solutions. I know enough about bikes to be dangerous, and they understand that. So, they give me my options, explain the differences, and we find the best fix. The techs are understanding, professional, and not arrogant. And I've never been disappointed.
