I can totally understand you set customer satisfaction as an important factor. I could see it everywhere. When I asked for a particular bike I wanted to buy, one man told me when he orderes it I have to buy it without testing. However, David took time to look for inventory in other shops and ordered it for me, and he told me I get to test it before I actually buy. He and his colleague Mario were extremely knowledgeable about the products and I felt very good to be one of the customer here because I felt I can come here and staff will be very friendly and helpful. I was told that they were trying to device ways to keep the cost low at the end of customers by keeping the parts as much as possible if they can be used without replacing them. I can see that they are thinking about the customers benefits. When I was in the shop I saw a customer coming with a broken bicycle while they were riding near the shop. The staff immediately jump in and helped them. I did not believe I was in Germany when I saw it. I come from the country where standard of customer service is the best in the world, but your customer service is equivalent and even friendlier. I feel very happy to come into your shop to shop items other than bikes (accessories, etc). Thank you for your kind support.
