Culligan has been around for as long as I can remember. I have never heard anything negative issues or problems with their product. That’s why I choose Culligan over Ready Refresh because I know these guys are reliable in all that they do for us as consumers.
I would, however, would like to recognize a gentleman by the name of Shawn. He is a very caring and helpful person. He addressed my needs and did it with a positive attitude and demeanor. These qualities are very rare to come by nowadays and he is one of the rarities.
He has done an amazing job with the service the he provided to my elderly in laws. Kudos to you, Shawn, for a great job well done and I know that you are a valuable asset to the company
