Ive been a member for over a year now and Anatomy continues to impress me. The facility is exceptionally clean- equipment wiped down regularly, locker rooms spotless and theres never a mess on the floor.
You can tell the staff really care about maintaining a hygienic and organized environment.
But what truly sets this place apart is Rafa; not only is he knowledgeable and experienced but also genuinely motivating and caring. He takes the time to understand your goal and push you to do your best and never lets you give up on yourself. Every class feels purposeful, challenging and encouraging.
Whether I’m having a great day or feeling low on energy, he always knows how to lift me up and keep me going. He truly wants us all to be better, stronger versions of ourselves!
