I dropped my bike off on a Friday and was greeted by an incredibly welcoming gentleman named Ryan. He was very attentive in listening to the issues I has and detailed what they would do to fix it. He told me it would be done by the following Saturday which I was fine with. I received a call on Tuesday letting me know that mu bike was done before the 4th of July weekend, 4 days ahead of schedule. Under promise and over deliver, the key to great customer service!
