I like that you can use the app to see if your preferred stylist is working, and if they are, you can use the app to get in line to schedule your haircut.
However, the company policy is to take walk ins ahead of those that signed in on the app. That is a little frustrating. You can sign in on the app, drive to the location, sign in with the location computer, sit down, and then be bumped if you're next on line with your preferred stylist, she finishes, all the other stylists are with customers and a walk in arrives, you get bumped.
That being said, that frustration is secondary to the so showing your stylist as working, and then getting in line to get your hair styled by your preferred stylist.
It comes down to preferences, I like my hair styled by my preferred stylist, but I also don't enjoy being bumped on busy days.
I do like the professionalism, and the rest of the business model.
