I was greeted enthusiastically by Craig (manager) at the Prescott location. I had some concerns about fitting in at this stage in my life plus recovering from an injury. After just in a few minutes I felt a kind human-ship in the way Craig helped me navigate the enrollment process and guidance in working with the app. He gave me a tour and encouraged me to come to him with any questions or concerns. He made me feel welcomed and empowered
I attended my first aqua fit class today and I had a great time and met others in my age group. Excited about what I can achieve. I m thankful that Craig took time to make feel like I could belong
