There appeared to be a glitch in the system or more than likely user error on my part. A few days ago, I signed up for a membership. It would not link to the app. The gentleman that signed me up told me to come back the next day if it still did not connect. I came back but the gentleman was not there. Another lady looked up everything, but still could not figure out what went wrong. I came back again today, 2 July. The General Manager Sarah Moore was working. I told her the issues that was going on, and it took a matter of seconds for her to figure it out. VERY PROFESSIONAL. She's now my favorite person working at Planet Fitness. I am now a member of the PF family. Thank you so much Sarah.
