I have an electric bike attachment that goes on the front end of my wheelchair and the brakes (rim and disk both) were completely gone. I had called multiple bike shops in the area but none were willing to look at it. I stopped into the Trek Williamsburg (VA) location and met Michael. He was very pleasant and more than happy to take a look, despite this being a very unique product. He put the bike up on the lift and went to work immediately. Within 30-40 minutes, he had completely adjusted both sets of brakes which saved me a bunch of money vs. buying new brake pads. Even though there are multiple bike shops between my house and this Trek store, I will definitely make the trip any time I need work done. I'll also recommend it to my friends. Michael should be commended for his willingness to think differently and help out another human being.
