Always clean, great seating. The only glitch was it took about ten minutes, even though nobody was ahead of us at the concession stand, to get my free birthday medium popcorn. It's the first time I've ever bothered to get anything free. The employee had to get a manager and it even took him a few to figure out, and we missed coming attractions. Usually, I don't even bother logging onto my profile to buy tickets as I get tired of the pw battles. As I too own a business and do giveaways, it struck me as cheesy to give a medium in lieu of a large. My wife and I never even finish a large, but I think a consumer feels shorted that their birthday isn't a "large" deal. Something is better than nothing, just a marketing suggestion.
