This was my first time at Floyd's, and the first time I've ever gotten a haircut anywhere else besides the shop I've been going to for ten years. I won't get into why, but it was time for a change.

Floyd's environment and customer service staff were incredibly inviting.

I was on time for my appointment and only waited a few minutes as my service provider finished up with her previous customer. And she was great. Listened to my request, asked questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the cut. We vibed well, so I'm lucky in that respect. Will be a loyal return customer.
